Our client, a major player in the industry located in Laval, is looking for a brand ambassador to join their team. This strategic role blends the excellence of B2B customer service with consultative selling in a stimulating environment.
As an Inside Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction while proactively identifying and maximizing business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Order Management: Accurately enter and process customer orders received via phone and email.
- Consultative Sales (Upselling): Conduct follow-up calls ("warm calling") to introduce new products and maximize sales opportunities.
- Administrative Support: Handle billing inquiries and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Internal Logistics: Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order preparation and delivery.
- Sales Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with the external sales team to provide "white-glove" service to major accounts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in customer service (Junior profiles are highly encouraged!).
- Bilingualism: Excellent command of both French and English (80% proficiency or higher), both spoken and written to communicate with English-speaking client located outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new order management software.
- Soft Skills: Dynamic personality, punctual, and a genuine interest in sales challenges.
- Asset: Previous experience in the food or distribution industry is a definite plus but not mandatory.
