Your New Role
This is your opportunity to step into a meaningful Customer Service Representative role within a Federal Government agency based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. Working within a fast-paced customer service and concierge environment, you’ll be the first point of contact supporting Australians living with disability.
Your Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality customer service and concierge support
- Assisting participants via reception, phone and email enquiries
- Completing accurate data entry and administrative tasks
- Supporting participants with empathy and professionalism
- Triaging enquiries and escalating complex matters where required
- Managing team inboxes and maintaining accurate records

About You
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, call centre or support worker roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about helping people and making a difference
- Australian Citizen
- Happy to complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
