■Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
・5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field.
・Proven track record of successfully managing and retaining key accounts.
・Experience with integration technologies and SaaS solutions.
・Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
・Strong analytical and presentation skills.
・Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
・Passion for automation and its business value.
・Experience working with enterprise clients preferred.
