The Data Analyst / OpenAir Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support of our OpenAir professional services solution with a focus on the User Management aspects of the system. They will onboard new users, provide training, manage user-related system configurations (work schedules, costing data, manager, team and job code alignments), liaise with People Operations and Accounting to ensure consistency across systems. The individual will work with all of the OpenAir features including time tracking, expense reports, project set up assistance, billing/invoicing and reporting. They will be able to troubleshoot system/user errors, working with the end user to resolve when appropriate. They will work closely with all internal stakeholders and have a clear understanding of the internal business processes of Organization's professional services teams.
