Key Responsibilities:-
Strong command VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are a plus and familiarity with HRIS platforms
Minimum of 50+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to spot small errors in large datasets before they impact payroll or compliance.
A proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion.
Organizing and auditing digital and physical personnel records to ensure all required documentation is complete, secure, and up to date.
Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred
