Here’s the deal: we need a versatile driver who holds valid tickets and has real, hands-on experience with the Reach Truck, Order Picker, AND Sit-Down Counterbalance. This isn't a boring, sit-in-one-spot kind of job. You'll be jumping between machines to get orders picked and keep freight moving, while also stepping off the lift to help hand-bomb boxes when the dock gets backed up.
It's a fast-paced warehouse, but it comes with a rock-solid Monday-to-Friday day shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) so you can keep your evenings and weekends completely free. Starting at $22.00 to $23.00 an hour, this is a great spot for a reliable pro who wants stable daytime hours and a team that actually appreciates a hard worker.

Responsibilities
Safely and confidently operate a Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Sit-Down Counterbalance to manage warehouse inventory.
Navigate narrow aisles to perform precise high-rack put-aways and high-level order picking.
Safely load, unload, and stage freight for daily dispatch on the busy shipping dock.
Step off the equipment to hand-bomb and stack boxes (weighing up to 50 lbs) to build solid, secure pallets.
Manage cross-docking and warehousing workflows to keep up with tight transportation schedules.
Qualifications
Valid forklift tickets and strong, verifiable experience on the Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Sit-Down Counterbalance.
1+ years of experience specifically in a fast-paced 3PL, transportation, or freight environment.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working a highly active shift both on and off the machines.
Must have your own reliable car (this location is NOT transit accessible)
Ready to commit to a steady 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule.
