Support the broader logistics flow by jumping in to assist with manual loading and "hand-bombing" during peak dock activity.

Who You Are
Certified: You hold valid, current safety tickets for the Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Sit-Down Counterbalance.
Experienced: You bring a proven track record of operating multiple machines within a professional warehouse or 3PL setting.
Agile: You thrive in an environment that requires you to pivot between operating heavy machinery and manual labor.
Reliable: You value a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and take pride in showing up ready to work.
Physically Capable: You are comfortable performing manual lifting and "hand-bombing" tasks to keep the dock clear and moving.

Responsibilities
Safely and confidently operate a Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Sit-Down Counterbalance to manage warehouse inventory.
Navigate narrow aisles to perform precise high-rack put-aways and high-level order picking.
Safely load, unload, and stage freight for daily dispatch on the busy shipping dock.
Step off the equipment to hand-bomb and stack boxes (weighing up to 50 lbs) to build solid, secure pallets.
Manage cross-docking and warehousing workflows to keep up with tight transportation schedules.
Qualifications
Valid forklift tickets and strong, verifiable experience on the Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Sit-Down Counterbalance.
1+ years of experience specifically in a fast-paced 3PL, transportation, or freight environment.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working a highly active shift both on and off the machines.
Must have your own reliable car (this location is NOT transit accessible)
Ready to commit to a steady 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule.
