求められる経験
■Requirements
・Corporate M&A experience from a leading law/advisory firm.
・Strong legal drafting and analytical skills for transactions.
・Superior communication and presentation skills.
・Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Tax Accountant qualification.
・Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and verbal).
・Ability to work effectively under pressure.
・Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
