- Establish trust-based, professional relationships with young people, providing steady guidance during challenging moments and celebrating individual progress.
- Act as a key liaison for external stakeholders, coordinating and participating in multidisciplinary reviews with social workers, local authorities, and family networks.
- Ensure strict adherence to care standards, safeguarding policies, and record-keeping protocols across the care team.
- Qualifications: Essential HNC and SVQ Level 4 in Social Care (or equivalent recognized qualification in childcare or education).
- Experience: Direct prior experience in a senior, supervisory, or management capacity within a residential child care or social care setting.
- Licensing: A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
- Core Competencies: Strong emotional intelligence, leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to child welfare.
