Tasks and deliveries

•Explore and implement innovative digital tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance learning and development initiatives·Identify and implement best practices for digital learning, ensuring scalability and accessibility across the organization ·Collaborate with process owners, facilitators and other specialists across HR to align digital tools with business needs and ensure seamless integration ·Act as the system owner for our Learning Management System (LMS) and LinkedIn Learning, ensuring optimal utilization and continuous improvement ·Use creative and cost-effective approaches to ensure employees are aware of available tools, platforms, and resources through clear and engaging communication ·Mature and optimize talent management processes from a systems perspective, ensuring data-driven decision-making·Provide actionable insights on internal mobility, promotions, and talent pipeline evolution to enable informed talent discussions.Required competencies and experiences (Functional and Technical)
·Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation to generate actionable insights. ·Experience with systems or platforms for learning and development, e.g., LMS or digital learning platforms like LinkedIn Learning). ·Experience in setting up and working with AI solutions·Experience or interest within talent management systems and processes, e.g., internal mobility and pipeline tracking. ·Generally, system-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. Project management experience·A passion for AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning and development processes.·Project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.·Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
