About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished leader to join as Associate Director / Director – Corporate Management, Strategy & Investor Reporting. This role will be a partner with the CEO and leadership team to manage investor reporting, build high-quality Board presentations, drive business planning, evaluate new industry opportunities, and lead enterprise-wide strategic projects.
This individual will play a critical role in strengthening corporate governance, improving reporting frameworks, and enabling strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Investor Reporting & Governance
Lead the creation and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly investor reports, ensuring accuracy,
insightfulness, and alignment with expectations.
Build and maintain a strong governance structure around performance tracking and reporting cadence.
Act as a key liaison for investor queries and follow-ups.
2. Board-Level Communication
Develop high-impact Board decks, performance narratives, and strategic insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to consolidate data and key messages for senior executives and the
Board.
Ensure clarity, consistency, and storytelling across all leadership-facing materials.
3. Corporate Strategy & Business Planning
Drive annual and quarterly business planning, including financial projections, KPIs, and strategic goalsetting.
Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments to support executive decisions.
Assess new industry verticals, prepare business cases, and evaluate market-entry strategies.
4. CEO Office Support & Executive Deliverables
Partner with the CEO to execute key deliverables, track strategic priorities, and ensure timely follow-through.
Provide structured insights, dashboards, and analytical support for executive discussions.
Prepare briefs, communications, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Enterprise Strategic Projects
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Technology.
Oversee program design, project governance, execution roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Identify areas for operational improvement and drive initiatives to reinforce process discipline.
6. Reporting & Process Excellence
Implement best-in-class reporting standards, templates, KPIs, and review frameworks.
Streamline reporting across functions to ensure consistency and accountability.
Establish governance mechanisms supporting transparency, clarity, and performance tracking.
Qualifications Required
10–15 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, CEO Office, Investor Relations, Management Consulting,
Corporate Planning, or PMO.
Strong expertise in investor reporting, corporate governance, and board presentation development.
Exceptional analytical ability, financial modeling skills, and business acumen.
Proven success in leading cross-functional strategic projects.
Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
Preferred
Experience in tech, e-commerce, fintech, BPO/KPO, or high-growth startups.
MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or C-level executives.
