We are seeking a highly accomplished and proactive Director of Sales with extensive experience in the Voice Products sector to drive our sales strategy and expand market share across India. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Noida, UP, and Gurgaon, HR. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Voice Products market, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to cultivate strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:- Execute the Voice business sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share objectives in India.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our Voice products to potential clients.
- Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities within the Voice Products portfolio.
- Develop and manage strategic sales plans, forecasts, and budgets for the assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience, with a significant focus on Voice Products.
- Maximum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven expertise in executing Voice business sales strategies and achieving ambitious targets.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful product demonstrations.
- A strong track record of identifying and developing new revenue opportunities in Voice Products.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience working in dynamic sales environments across Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
