・Lead the End User Computing (EUC) team to ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests, monitor SLA/KPI performance, manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and asset management.・Oversee device lifecycle management, asset database accuracy, and virtual computing environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365). Administer and enhance Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft 365 policies to maintain security, compliance, and operational efficiency.・Provide technical support for Windows and macOS systems, and produce documentation, reports, and user-friendly guides for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
求められる経験
・5+ years of professional experience in IT helpdesk/end-user support
・Knowledge or work experience of any cloud or network technologies
・Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and English (TOEIC 750+)
