求められる経験
■Requirements
・10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
・Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring engineering teams.
・Experience with agile development methodologies.
・Deep understanding of software design principles and best practices.
・Expert knowledge of Java or other relevant programming languages.
・Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
・Strong communication and collaboration skills.
・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
・Experience with payment processing systems is a plus.
・Fluent Japanese and English communication skills.
