As a Senior Infrastructure Operations & Improvement Engineer, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our client's expansive Kubernetes container platform. This role involves ensuring the stability of the platform, optimizing its performance, and providing expert support to internal users, all while maintaining high standards of security and operational efficiency.Main tasks include:■ Create and refine operational procedures and documentation.■ Perform node and cluster construction and deletion.■ Handle alerts and incidents, ensuring prompt resolution.■ Meet security requirements through OS and middleware updates and patching.■ Conduct work during late-night hours for releases and monitoring.■ Address escalated user support inquiries that require advanced expertise.

求められる経験
■ Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment.
■ Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 600+, ideally 800+).
■ Aptitude and willingness to advance into leadership or management roles.
■ Commitment to embracing a proactive and positive approach to work.
■ Over 3 years of experience operating large-scale, mission-critical systems (e.g., cloud infrastructure, banking, telecommunications).
■ Availability to perform duties during late-night hours (e.g., 01:00-06:00 AM) for high-risk tasks.
