[About the company]Our client is a leading technology company in Japan, providing a Kubernetes Container Platform supporting numerous services. They are committed to innovation and building a sustainable technology platform.[Role & Responsibilities]As a Golang Software/devOps Engineer, you will be a key player in the operation and development of our client's large-scale Kubernetes infrastructure. You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers to build and maintain the platform that powers many critical services. You will be responsible for both infrastructure management and software development using Go, contributing directly to the stability and scalability of a vital system. [Main tasks include]- Develop and implement solutions using Go for automated provisioning, upgrades, and self-healing of the Kubernetes cluster and nodes.- Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, containers, and Linux infrastructure.- Handle alerts and incidents, contributing to on-call rotation.- Design and implement improvements for platform stability, security, and performance.- Collaborate with the team to create and maintain operational documentation.- Support user migration from legacy systems to the new private cloud.- Contribute to defining requirements and designing new features and functionalities.

求められる経験
- 3+ years of experience in software development using Go.
- 3+ years of experience managing production Linux/Kubernetes/Istio/Nginx infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, containers, and Linux.
- Experience with large-scale system operations (100+ servers).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
- Basic knowledge of networking and TCP/IP.
- Basic knowledge of distributed systems and HA structures.
- Ability to follow strict documentation and approval processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
