You will act as a key liaison, communicating effectively with service providers and tenants, while also driving service proposals and managing monthly billing reports. Your core mission will be to ensure project goals are met with the required quality, scope, time, and budget, fostering smooth communication within the project team and providing timely updates to management.Main tasks include:■ Manage application platform projects from initiation to completion.■ Communicate with various service providers and tenants to ensure seamless operations.■ Develop and present service proposals to stakeholders.■ Prepare and deliver accurate monthly billing reports.■ Ensure project goals are aligned with broader objectives and manage the team to achieve them with high quality.■ Apply project management techniques to successfully deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget.■ Facilitate clear communication among team members and provide timely status, issue, risk, and performance updates to management.

求められる経験
■ A minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
■ A minimum of 1 year of programming experience.
■ Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
■ ITIL Foundation certification.
