Job Summary

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a strong aptitude for technology and digital transformation to lead the implementation and optimization of a ERP system across the organization. The ideal candidate should understand construction and engineering workflows while being proficient in software implementation, process mapping, and user training.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and rollout of the company's ERP software across departments.
• Understand existing business processes and map them into ERP workflows.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders during implementation.
• Gather functional requirements from engineering, procurement, projects, finance, and stores teams.
• Configure, test, and validate ERP modules as per business requirements.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user manuals.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
• Monitor ERP performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy during migration and system integration.
• Generate reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and process automation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 4-7 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Experience in ERP implementation or ERP administration is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction project workflows, BOQs, procurement, billing, inventory, and project execution.
• Excellent computer proficiency in ERP software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and software vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or construction-specific ERP systems.
• Familiarity with project management software and digital construction tools.
• Ability to understand business processes and convert them into digital workflows.
