Responsibilities
Strategic Gatekeeping: Manage complex, multi-timezone calendars and act as the professional bridge between the C-Suite, Board members, and global stakeholders.
High-Stakes Communication: Draft sophisticated correspondence and produce polished board decks and financial reports.
Operational Leadership: Drive special initiatives, from Financial District town halls to digital workflow migrations and office culture projects.
End-to-End Logistics: Oversee comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, including visas and expense reconciliation.
Qualifications
Experience: 5–10 years of proven success supporting high-level executives or family offices.
Technical Mastery: Advanced Microsoft 365 (Expert Excel) and proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero) for auditing and billing.
Systems Architecture: Ability to design "bulletproof" SOPs and workflows that optimize executive productivity.
Diplomatic Intelligence: High-level EQ for interacting with HNW stakeholders and internal teams.
Proactive Ownership: A trustworthy, "business-owner" mindset that allows leaders to delegate with absolute peace of mind.
