We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Supply Chain Planning & MIS Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating crucial reports, providing SAP support, and facilitating seamless supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for all Excel-based MIS generation and circulation with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide SAP support to factories for PR creation, FG planned order upload, and other aspects of SAP S4 HANA – PP/MM module.
- Regular follow-up with the secondary logistics team on managing inter-depot stock transfer of FG.
- Support the Sales and Operations Planning function in weekly planning activities regarding Excel data updates, SAP data upload, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience and working knowledge of Excel Macros, VB, and MS Access will be a significant advantage.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP (S4 HANA), with prior work experience in SAP MM/PP/SD modules.
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Teams, and SharePoint portals will be considered a plus.
- Good communication skills, as the MIS resource will interact with stakeholders across the country.
- Prior work experience in a supply chain function, specifically in MIS reporting or planning support roles, is preferred.
- Minimum graduation with any degree.
- Certification in SAP-PP-MM-SD modules or Advanced Excel will be considered a plus.
