Key Responsibilities
- Execute contract updates and corrections, specifically related to the Strait of Hormuz (SoH).
- Apply emergency charges and surcharges using tariffs or approved cost-recovery exceptions.
- Operate daily within core platforms: AFLS, Minerva, and the Contract Exception Tool.
- Support tender management and post-contracting workflows.
- Analyze account data and construct routine Excel reporting to surface insights.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, contract administration, or pricing operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas, data audit).
- Understanding of tender cycles and post-contracting lifecycle.
