Key Requirements
Essential UK Experience: You must have recent, verifiable experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Early Years Practitioner within a UK primary school or early years setting.
EYFS Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, including early literacy, basic numeracy, and phonics support (e.g., Read Write Inc., Jolly Phonics, or Little Wandle).
Vetting & Clearances: An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new check through Randstad) and full Right to Work in the UK.
Child-Centred Approach: An energetic, warm, and adaptable approach to fostering learning through creative play while managing classroom routines effectively.
