- Housekeeping Management: Oversee daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and waste management to ensure high sanitation standards.
- Security & Safety: Monitor security personnel, manage access control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations (EHS).
- Vendor Management: Negotiate with service providers and monitor contractor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Front Desk & Logistics: Manage receptionists, front office operations, visitor management, and mailroom services.
- Landscaping & Pantry: Maintain indoor/outdoor greenery and manage cafeteria/pantry services and hygiene.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, managing budgets for materials and staff.
- Experience: Usually 3–5 years in facilities management, hospitality, or hotel management.
- Skills: Strong vendor coordination, communication, leadership, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with safety, health codes, and chemical safety standards
