Operations Management & Governance •Lead a large division and teams, ensuring resource optimization and high performance across AP/AR, T&E, General Ledger, and Management Accounting. •Guarantee the achievement of SLA and KPI commitments across a diverse portfolio of client accounts. •Oversee accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.2. Transformation & Innovation •Eliminate "Hands-on" Processes: Radical redesign of manual workflows into automated, scalable operations. •Technology Leadership: Drive the implementation and optimization of AI, ERP, and RPA tools to boost productivity and reduce operational costs. •Champion standardization and centralization to improve overall profitability.3. Stakeholder & Client Management •Act as a trusted advisor to Client CFOs and Finance Executives. •Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to report on service quality and propose strategic improvements. •Drive cross-functional projects, including large-scale system replacements and migrations.4. People Leadership •Cultivate a culture of Change Management, fostering a team that is resilient and adaptable to new technologies. •Oversee recruitment, retention, and the development of the next generation of finance leaders.

【Requirements】
•Large-Scale Leadership: Proven experience managing a division, or multiple complex teams.
•Finance Expertise: Deep knowledge of financial and management accounting (CPA, USCPA, or equivalent qualifications are highly preferred).
•BPR/DX Track Record: Demonstrated success in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and productivity gains through IT tool implementation.
•Language Skills: Business-level fluency in English and Japanese to support global client engagements.
