■About the CompanyA world-renowned leader in the maritime industry, operating an extensive network of over 300 business locations across more than 60 countries globally.■Role OverviewAs a financial professional, you will lead the accounting and finance functions for Japan entity, which supports global ocean-going vessel agency services. This role requires a specialist capable of managing broad responsibilities including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. [Qualifications & Experience]
Must-Have Requirements
・Accounting Experience: Proven practical experience in accounting operations.
・ Language Skills: Business-level English skills. Mid-level English proficiency is required for international
coordination.
・Must hold Nissho Bookkeeping 2nd Grade (日商簿記検定 2 級) or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
・Graduate of a Junior College, University, or Graduate School.

■Preferred Attributes
・Strong logical thinking and the ability to work as a specialist in international accounting (IFRS).
・Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across different regions.
