求められる経験
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Professional qualifications such as US CPA or Nissho Boki Level 2 are highly desirable.
- Proven, hands-on experience managing Japanese payroll and statutory obligations.
- Deep understanding of Japanese accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and familiarity with financial software platforms like Elite, Emburse, or Coupa.
