■Role OverviewThis role is responsible for leading the finance and general affairs (GA) functions for the Japan entity.This is a pivotal position that requires close collaboration with the Global HQ and various internal/external stakeholders to build and optimize the company's operational foundations.■Main tasks include:・Prepare monthly and annual profit and loss (P&L) statements.・Manage business forecasting and monitor sales and expense performance.・Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for local and HQ teams.・Handle accounts receivable/payable, invoices, and expense processing.・Develop and maintain company regulations and work rules.・Lead the creation of budgets and mid-term management plans.*If you are interested in this position, we look forward to your application.#LI-Onsite#LI-KN
