- Preparation of Financial Reports, Analysing Balance Sheets, Cash Flows and Profitability to guide for decision making
- Developing budgets, forecasts and identifying cost saving opportunities
- Leading Finance and Accounts team, handling payroll, tax reporting, handling audits regulatory compliances wrt Income Tax, GST, Labour laws, Company law etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ensuring control and safeguarding on Asset.
- To ensure approval mechanism on expenses and capital spends are adhered.
- Ability to negotiate with Vendors
- Ability to audit internal systems of company for compliance.
- Ability to appear before Income tax, GST and other government departments
Candidate should be having 10-15 years of experience with BCom and CA Inter/CA
