As a playing manager, the role involves leading a small team, handling FP&A activities, and providing critical financial insights to the management team and global headquarters to support strategic decision-making.■Main tasks include:・Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.・Handle cash flow, invoicing, and tax compliance.・Lead FP&A, budgeting, and variance analysis.・Create financial reports for management and HQ.・Oversee daily accounting and ERP system data.・Manage and develop the internal finance team.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
■ Minimum Requirements:
・10+ years of comprehensive accounting experience.
・Deep understanding of Japanese accounting principles and tax regulations.
・Hands-on experience utilizing modern ERP or accounting systems.
・Business-level English and fluent Japanese for global communication.
・Advanced Excel skills (formulas, database management).

Preferred:
・CPA, CFA, or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
・Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Food industry.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・People management and team leadership experience.
