As our Chief Financial Officer, you will be a key pillar of our 5-person Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will transition from pure financial oversight to genuine strategic partnership, helping steer the ship as we scale toward market dominance.
The Role
You will lead, mentor, and grow a dedicated finance team of 5, ensuring our internal engines are as sophisticated as our market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership: Acting as a right-hand to the CEO and collaborating with the Senior Management Team on commercial strategy and capital positioning.
Systems Transformation: Leading a critical ERP implementation to ensure our tech stack supports our rapid volume growth.
Financial Governance: Overseeing all reporting, treasury, and compliance functions within a high-volume lending environment.
Team Development: Managing and upskilling a team of 5 to meet the demands of a top-tier financial institution.
About You
You are likely a high-performing Financial Controller or Head of Finance ready to take the final step into a CFO seat. You thrive in fast-paced environments where the numbers move quickly.
What we are looking for:
Lending/Banking DNA: You have a deep understanding of the mechanics of Retail Banking or Lending. You understand credit cycles, warehouse funding, or the nuances of high-volume transactions.
ERP Savvy: You’ve "been there, done that" with an ERP implementation. You know how to choose, deploy, and optimize systems to create a single source of truth.
Commercial Edge: You look beyond the spreadsheets to see the story the data is telling, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
Leadership Style: You’re an authentic leader who enjoys mentoring a team and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
