Large Japanese Global Technology Company looking for financial Contoller.Job Title: Controller•About Us: We are a global innovation and entrepreneurship-focused group with over 70 diverse services, including e-commerce, travel, banking, and more.•The Role: Manage financial accounting for a rapidly expanding global business unit focused on innovative solutions.•What You'll Do: oOversee all financial accounting operations.oEnsure compliance with regulations (IFRS, J-SOX).oManage inventory accounting and cost control.oIdentify and mitigate financial risks.oContribute to strategic financial planning.oImprove accounting processes and reporting.oLead and develop an accounting team.•What You Need: o7-10+ years accounting/finance experience (5+ in senior role) OR 5-7+ years (3+ as Controller or similar).oStrong inventory accounting knowledge.oExperience improving accounting operations (e.g., fast close, shared service).oHigh integrity and attention to detail.oProficiency in IFRS.oFamiliarity with J-SOX.oFluent in both Japanese and English.•Bonus Points: oAccounting/Finance degree; CPA/CMA preferred.oExperience in the mobile technology industry or a related field.oExperience with SAP or other financial software.oStrong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Join Our Growing Global Team and Make an Impact!#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
