The Senior FP&A Manager leads the Japan FP&A team, serves as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, and acts as the primary liaison to the APAC regional finance team.■About our ClientA premier international medical device manufacturer transforming healthcare standards with a strong presence and high-performing team in Japan.■Main tasks include:・Lead annual budget planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial modeling.・Provide strategic financial analysis and actionable insights to support Japan leadership decisions.・Serve as the key FP&A liaison between Japan operations and the APAC regional finance team.・Partner directly with back-office functions including Operations and Regulatory Affairs.・Supervise and develop 2 FP&A team members, driving team performance and accountability.・Drive continuous process improvement, reporting automation, and ensure SOX compliance.#LI-Hybrid

・8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, including leadership roles.
・Business-level or fluent English and Japanese communication skills.
・Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with ERP/planning tool proficiency.

・Experience within the medical device, healthcare, or multinational corporate sector.
