As Investment Manager, you will lead the investment team and work directly with the promoter to shape the fund's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Recommend stock selections and investment strategies aligned with the funds conservative, high-growth objectives.
- Deep Research: Undertake fundamental research on sectors and companies, making data-driven predictions regarding financial markets.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of analysts in conducting research and preparing presentations for the Investment Committee.
- Asset Monitoring: Track the performance of Assets Under Management (AUM), monitoring daily fluctuations and determining buy/sell timing.
- Reporting: Create detailed documentation on asset tracking and recommend corrective measures to ensure financial goals are met.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Fund Management: Proven expertise in running or heading research for an AIF in India.
- Market Knowledge: Sound knowledge of Indian Equity Markets, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.
- Financial Principles: Strong grip on fundamental financial principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Leadership: Experience leading a team of analysts and confidence in high-stakes decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: At least 18–25 years of relevant experience in the investment field.
- Qualification: CA, CFA, MBA, or an equivalent professional degree.
