We are currently partnering with an exciting and fast-growing brand in the market, and looking for a General Manager, F&B Operations (QSR Chain) to support our client’s business growth and expansion plans.

• Own full outlet-level performance, including revenue, labour cost, food cost, controllable expenses, and overall store profitability.
• Develop and implement scalable, repeatable operating processes to ensure consistency across multiple outlets and support future expansion.
• Foster a high-performance culture driven by accountability, discipline, teamwork, and measurable results.
• Drive revenue growth across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery channels through strong operational execution and commercial discipline.
• Optimise store performance through effective pricing strategies, promotion planning, productivity improvements, and enhanced guest experience.
• Lead end-to-end execution of new store openings, including pre-opening planning, recruitment and training, operational readiness, launch execution, and post-opening stabilisation.
