HW Rework Support:
- Coordinating re-work activities on date-to-date requests (Soldering & BGA rework)
- Hands on BGA workstations
- Hands on Allegro software
- Toolbox case entry to maintain a rework history.
- Issue/Returns on daily transactions for assets

Working experience with X-Ray machine operations and Hands on BGA workstations ( Machine rework)

Expertise in WIRE HARNESS, Lacing, routing, Crimping, PTH and SMD component soldering like 0201,0402,0603, DFN, QFN, TQFP, SOIC, Turret Lugs etc.

Knowledge in IPC -A-610 standards, J-std-001 standards

Knowledge in 5’S concepts.
