* Own national mobilization strategy across assigned states/regions to achieve annual student enrolment targets.
* Lead the mobilization team through goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and capability building.
* Develop academic partnerships with Schools (10th & 12th), ITIs, Polytechnics, and Engineering Colleges to build a pipeline of prospective trainees.

* Manage mobilization initiatives, including school and college outreach programs, orientation sessions, job fairs, and community engagement activities.
* Monitor funnel metrics, conversion rates, and regional performance to guide planning and resource allocation.
* Coordinate with the Marketing team on campaign implementation and outreach activities.
* Establish feedback mechanisms with students and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
* Ensure MIS, documentation, compliance, and reporting requirements are met. Skills and Competencies:
* Graduation and/or Post-Graduation in a Technical discipline (B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. preferred); MBA preferred.
* Experience in leading teams across multiple locations.
* Communication and presentation skills.
* Stakeholder management skills.
* Planning and execution of enrolment and mobilization activities.
* Data analysis and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google Sheets.
* Partnership development with schools, colleges, NGOs, and training institutions.
* Travel across assigned geographies.
* Knowledge of skilling, education, and vocational training ecosystems.
* Alignment with organizational values and culture.

At least 12-15 years of progressive experience in mobilization, admissions, academic partnerships, or business development within skill institutes, educational organizations, or technical universities/colleges, including experience leading teams at a regional or national level.
