The Role at a Glance
In this position, you will be responsible for driving cost optimization and operational efficiency across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Sourcing: Developing sourcing plans, category management, and vendor rationalization.
Negotiation & Contracts: Leading commercial negotiations and finalizing contracts to ensure favorable terms and risk mitigation.
Compliance: Ensuring all procurement activities adhere to regulatory requirements and audit standards—critical in a highly regulated exchange environment.
Leadership: Mentoring the procurement team and fostering long-term strategic supplier partnerships.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 8–12+ years of relevant experience in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing.
Background: Exposure to the BFSI, financial services, or exchange sectors is highly preferred.
Education: MBA or PGDM, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain or Operations.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
