aligning talent supply with business demand, and building a future-ready fulfillment engine.

• Assess and strengthen country-level hiring health, identifying systemic challenges and
opportunities for scale.
• Design and drive strategic fulfillment frameworks that balance speed, quality, and cost
while meeting business-critical demand.
• Lead and mentor senior hiring managers and fulfillment teams, building strong leadership
capacity within the function.
• Champion process innovation, governance, and system optimization to ensure agility and
scalability.
• Leverage global talent intelligence and local market insights to craft targeted interventions
and strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance while adapting to market realities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce readiness and talent supply
challenges.
Required Qualifications
• 18+ years of experience in talent acquisition and hiring strategy, with at least 5 years in
senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in leading country or regional hiring programs in fast-scaling,
complex environments.
• Deep expertise in talent supply chains, SLA-driven fulfillment, and workforce planning.
• Strong command of ATS/HR systems and cross-border compliance.
• Analytical, data-driven leadership style with a track record of delivering measurable
outcomes.
Preferred Experience
• Prior leadership in country-level or regional TA organizations within tech services.• Hands-on experience with platforms like SuccessFactors, Workday, SmartRecruiters, or
Greenhouse.
• Familiarity with offshore–onsite models, tech demand cycles, and global delivery setups.
• Proven ability to lead transformational hiring initiatives (automation, AI in TA, innovative
sourcing models).
