- Degree in Psychology / Occupational Psychology, or related field.- Master's in HRM or similar.- Min. 3 years as HR Manager and in Works Council negotiations and leading disciplinary procedures.- At least 5 years of experience managing payroll, solid knowledge of Social Security and local legislation.- Previous experience required monitoring, advancing and negotiating Diversity and Equality Plans; as well as leading system configurations/integration.- Strong knowledge of Spanish & Portuguese labour law.- Fluent English Level (C1).- Advanced Excel, ADP, Sparkhire and SAP skills.Self-driven, able to multitask, handle sensitive data, and work collaboratively.- Experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
