業務内容
This HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor, driving key initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and cultural development to achieve business objectives.・Initiatives to foster corporate culture, including mission and values.・Developing and implementing workforce plans for the assigned organization in collaboration with the recruitment team.・Improving organizational, team, and employee engagement.・Employee career development, training, and talent management.・Labor management, handling employee relations issues, and operating HR systems for performance evaluation and compensation.

求められる経験
・At least 2 years of HR experience, along with broad business experience on the business-side or in a startup.
・Strong communication skills to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from the executive level to team members.
・Experience in the planning and project management of HR initiatives.
・Japanese and English Fluency required
