- Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), manage employee records, ensure data integrity, and run HR reports.
- Oversee payroll processing, manage benefits enrollment, answer employee questions, and coordinate with providers.
- Manage administrative aspects of onboarding (documentation, system setup) and offboarding (exit formalities, data archiving).
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and assist with HR audits.
- Identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and streamline HR workflows and documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries, providing efficient and accurate information.
