     Job Overview Summary:Manage a portfolio of Indirect sourcing categories and strategic sourcing projects. Develop or fine-tune a sourcing strategy for each category as appropriate. Establish long-term agreements where feasible to reduce transactional work and obtain optimal quality, service, price, and other terms. Partner with global and regional programs and offices to drive procurement through the supply chain team and eliminate unmanaged spend. A portion of the total category spend and supplier-base in each category is managed by decentralized country-program supply-chain teams; however, the Director - Indirect Procurement must communicate and offer global strategy, oversight, and support.  You will actively engage in maintaining operational level relationships with key suppliers.
