-Operate and enhance Information Security Management System (ISMS / ISO 27001)-Develop and maintain internal security policies, standards, and procedures-Establish security controls aligned with laws, regulations, and industry guidelines-Provide internal consultation on security-related matters-Plan and deliver security awareness and training programs-Promote Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives-Respond to requirements from regulators and government authorities-Support security audits and certification processes (e.g., ISMS, PCI DSS)-Drive security governance across cloud and IT environments-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security measures

求められる経験
-3+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or IT risk

-Hands-on experience operating or maintaining ISMS (ISO 27001) programs

-Experience developing and managing security policies, standards, and procedures

Knowledge of security governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements

-Experience supporting security audits and certification activities

-Familiarity with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and risk management concepts

-Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across IT and business teams

-Background in system development, infrastructure, or cloud environments preferred (e.g., AWS)

-Experience providing internal security guidance, consultation, or training

-Leadership experience in projects or small teams is a plus
