Job Responsibilities:
Create interactive and engaging, eLearning courses, knowledge assessments, and job aids using agile development approaches
Apply adult learning methodologies and best practices to author asynchronous learning as required for product training and industry knowledge to support go-to-market strategies
Work with Design & Delivery Specialists and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify course description, learning objectives, content, and eLearning activities
Take existing and /or new content and develop training from the requirements, design, and outline phases through development, testing, and publishing phases
Build scenario-based eLearning experiences, interactive informational overviews, and more
Present outlines, prototypes, and draft materials to SMEs and team members for review
Implement feedback effectively and efficiently
Own and manage graphic design needs for each project
Perform QA reviews
Keep open line of communication with team members to ensure consistent and accurate course development
Collaborate with Senior Instructional Designers regularly to gain feedback, support projects, and ensure deliverable meets the needs of the business
Core Competencies:
Thorough familiarity with and ability to apply instructional design principles, strategies, and adult learning theories and methodologies to various types of projects
Demonstrate proficiency in the use of several applications including Microsoft Office, Articulate Rise, Photoshop, and more
Experience publishing online training to varying environments including learning management systems and enablement platforms
Able to learn products, programs and services quickly
Ability to logically organize information
Ability to identify and summarize key business issues into learning examples
Ability to create measurable objectives, based on the audience’s needs
Strong writing skills with the ability to effectively craft scripts/narration from scratch
Ability to collaborate actively with others on cross-functional teams
Effectively communicate both visually and verbally
Employ strong project management, communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for creating innovative educational solutions
Ability to work effectively under pressure of time constraints and challenging deadlines in a fast-paced, complex, rapidly changing, innovative, and collaborative environment
