Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in instructional design, particularly in the development of e-learning content.
Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and best practices.
Experience working with psychometric assessments or in a talent management/HR consultancy environment is a strong plus.
Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience in managing and delivering online training.
