Responsibilities
Translate technical system specifications into functional, well-tested CRM applications.
Conduct Siebel technical configuration, development, and integration tasks to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain web interfaces using HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript, with a strong focus on Open UI concepts (PM, PR, Manifest, and Mapping files).
Integrate Siebel with external systems, including Adobe AEM and J2EE environments.
Perform comprehensive unit testing and troubleshoot production incidents to ensure high system availability.
Participate in design walkthroughs and provide technical documentation to ensure system maintainability.
Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as OBIEE and PowerBI.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and implement innovative CRM solutions.
Qualifications
Siebel Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Siebel technical configuration, development, and integration, specifically utilizing Siebel IP18 or later versions.
Testing Proficiency: Proven experience in Oracle Siebel CRM testing is mandatory.
Open UI Knowledge: Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts including Physical Renderers (PR), Presentation Models (PM), Manifest files, and Mapping files.
Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
Integration Experience: Experience with Siebel integration involving Adobe AEM and J2EE.
Technical Skills: Ability to write modular, well-structured code; experience with relational databases and SQL/information retrieval.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to conceptualize new approaches and present ideas effectively.
Soft Skills: Proven analytical and systematic problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing timelines.
Assets (Nice to have): Experience with Siebel Public Sector modules (Contracts, Lead Management, Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, eService) and Transfer Payments.
