Experience: 5+ years of legal experience within the legal department of a payment, finance, or IT company, or handling corporate legal affairs for these industries at a law firm.
Language Skills: Business-level fluency in English (practical experience negotiating, drafting contracts, and communicating across time zones) alongside Japanese capability.
Qualifications (Preferred): Qualified lawyer (Bengoshi, U.S. Bar, or other international jurisdiction) preferred.
Mindset: Autonomous, agile, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting new business launches.
