Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK, provided they are willing to travel to placements in Shetland, Orkney, the Western Isles, or Argyll and Bute.Here is the breakdown of the two island roles:The Schedule & Pay (Both Roles) ...

Contract: Both require a minimum commitment of 3 months and involve working 45+ hours per week. Staff are fully flexible and typically scheduled 5-6 days a week.
Pay: Both roles offer a flat rate of £21 Umbrella or £17.91 PAYE (Rolled up).
Hours (Care Home): Dominantly long days from 07:00 to 22:00, with potential short shifts (07:00-15:00) or night shifts (22:00-07:00) specified case-by-case.
Hours (Care at Home): Shifts vary between 07:00 and 23:00, consisting of multiple house visits per day.
