About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary IT Director to lead and manage technology infrastructure, ensuring that all IT systems, networks, and field operations run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. The IT Director will oversee Network Engineering, Field Engineering, and IT Administration teams, aligning technology strategies with the Geniox's goals and ensuring best-in-class operational performance.
This role requires a leader who can think strategically, manage cross-functional teams, and execute high-impact technology initiatives while maintaining operational excellence for high-profile B2B and public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead and mentor Network Engineers, Field Engineers, and IT Administrators.
- Establish performance goals, KPIs, and operational standards for all IT functions.
Infrastructure & Network Operations
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
Field Engineering Oversight
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely deployment, support, and maintenance of hardware and systems at remote sites.
- Ensure that field operations meet quality and safety standards.
IT Administration & Support
- Direct the IT helpdesk and administrative functions to deliver efficient support services to all departments.
- Implement policies and procedures for asset management, user access, and system updates
Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement best practices for disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity.
