・Infrastructure Operations, Transformation Projects, and BCP: Lead the stable daily operations and service management (ITIL-compliant) of Japan's IT infrastructure—including networks, cloud platforms, and servers—while driving transformation projects such as cloud migrations and office expansions, and overseeing business continuity and disaster recovery (BCP/DR) planning.・Business Partnership and Global Alignment: Act as a trusted advisor to Japanese business leaders and global IT teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions while aligning local roadmaps with overarching strategies and ensuring transparent service reporting.・Vendor Governance and Asset/Lifecycle Management: Manage external service providers and IT vendors to enforce SLAs, KPIs, and contract compliance, while overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle, inventory, and optimization of infrastructure assets.・Security, Risk Management, and Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain security standards and regulatory compliance, while leading, coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture among local team members and support partners.

求められる経験
・Extensive Experience in IT: Over 8 years of progressive hands-on experience in the IT field, including 3+ years of leadership experience managing infrastructure operations, service delivery, or support teams.
・Enterprise & Global Environment Expertise: Experience supporting large-scale environments spanning multiple business units and locations, along with the ability to operate effectively within a global matrix organization.
・Vendor & Platform Management: Experience managing outsourced service providers and managed service contracts, as well as working with IT service management platforms and infrastructure monitoring/observability tools.
・Security & Lifecycle Management: Knowledge and experience in infrastructure security, vulnerability management, privileged access management, and technology lifecycle management.
